• Order information: vehicle registration number (VIN), report type, price and order status when you buy a report.
• Contact / lead information: name, email, phone, company and message when you submit the "Contact Sales" form.
• Payment information: payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store your card, UPI or bank details on our servers.
• Usage data: basic technical data such as IP address and browser type, collected automatically to keep the service secure and reliable.

2. How we use your information

• To create and manage your account, and to generate and deliver the reports you purchase.
• To process payments securely through our payment partner, Razorpay.
• To respond to enquiries submitted through our Contact Sales form.
• To send order confirmations, report delivery emails, and important service updates.
• To detect, prevent and address fraud, abuse or technical issues.

3. Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

• Payment processors (e.g. Razorpay) to complete transactions.
• Service providers who help us operate the platform (e.g. hosting, email delivery), under confidentiality obligations.
• Authorities, where required by law or to protect our rights and users.

We retain account and order information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
